Privacy Notice

Last updated September 3, 2026

scoutX processes information to provide account access, Last War server scans, saved player records, sharing, and credit purchases. This notice describes those data flows and how to ask questions or make a privacy request.

Information used by scoutX

How this information is used

Information is used to verify and authenticate accounts, execute requested actions, display results, maintain saved records and credit history, reconcile payments, protect access, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage retains interface preferences such as language and theme, and temporary information needed during account verification. Clearing cookies or browser storage can sign you out or reset those preferences. Signing out ends your current signed-in session.

Sharing and service providers

Hosting and database infrastructure process information needed to run scoutX. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy terms. Game services receive the requests needed for verification, scans, and in-game messages. Where Discord sharing or notifications are configured, the selected information is sent to the configured destination.

Shared player details and coordinates can be seen by recipients outside scoutX. Check the recipient and content before sending, and do not use these tools to expose information unrelated to the game or to harass other players.

Storage, retention, and security

Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords. Access controls restrict administrative functions. No online service can guarantee absolute security; do not send passwords, session cookies, verification codes, or game-session profiles to support.

Different records have different retention needs. Account and saved-player information supports ongoing use; transaction, security, and audit records may be retained for payment reconciliation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations. Deactivating an account does not necessarily remove every associated record immediately.

Your privacy requests

Contact support@devmp.xyz to request information about your data, access, correction, account deactivation, or deletion. Other rights may apply under the law applicable to you, including information about sharing and review of decisions made solely through automated processing.

Send the request from your registered email when possible and describe what you need. We may need to verify account ownership before disclosing or changing information. A request may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others; if so, we will explain the relevant limitation. Do not attach identity documents unless specifically requested through a verified support exchange.

Questions and updates

Privacy questions can be sent to support@devmp.xyz. The date above identifies the latest revision. This notice may be updated to reflect changes in the service or how information is handled.
