Help with scoutX
Support
Tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. We can help investigate account access, game UID verification, scans, saved-player updates, sharing, and credit or payment records.
Before you report a problem
- Check the service status page and any error shown in the app.
- Review scan history and active filters. An empty list may mean that no records match your selection.
- A disabled share button may reflect a game restriction, an unsupported record, or an unavailable session. Include the server and record type in your report.
Include these details
- Your scoutX nickname and registered game UID.
- The time, server, scan type, and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot or the error message, if available.
- For a credit issue, the scan history entry or Stripe checkout reference.
Account and game UID verification
Confirm that the registered UID is correct and check your in-game messages for the verification code. If delivery fails, tell us when you requested it and which server your account belongs to. Do not send the code itself.
Credits and payment questions
Review purchase history and credit activity before making another payment. An opened checkout does not mean payment is complete. For missing credits, an unexpected charge, or a refund request, email us with the order reference, date, and amount; never include full card details.
Urgent account issue
If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password if possible and email support@devmp.xyz with the subject Account security. Do not send passwords, session cookies, game-session profiles, or verification codes.
Understanding game-data limits
Game information can be delayed or unavailable. A scan result does not guarantee that an in-game record is still present, eligible for sharing, or valid when you act on it.
Privacy and account-data requests
Email support@devmp.xyz from your registered address when possible. Describe whether you need information, access, correction, account deactivation, or deletion. We may need to confirm account ownership before acting on the request.
Share only what is necessary. Crop unrelated conversations and personal details from screenshots. Keep passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, and Base64 game-session profiles out of support messages.
